The Discapnet Award for the best product or service based on information and communication technologies (ICTs) to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities was to "DownTown, Adventure in the Metro", developed by the CEIEC of the Francisco de Vitoria University in collaboration with Down Madrid. This is a programme aimed at facilitating the integration of people with intellectual disabilities in urban transport. Furthermore, it has recreated the entire Metro de Madrid network.

The Discapnet Award to the person, company, entity or organization that has an outstanding and continuous trajectory in ICT accessibility improvement, was given to Samsung Electronics Iberia, for the integration of accessibility in its devices, facilitating Amóvil's access to its terminals for evaluation.

Finally, the Discapnet Award to the project that stands out for promoting ICT accessibility was to Mass Factory for "App&Town Compagnon". It is an end-to-end assisted transport system for people with disabilities, the elderly, minors and other groups, which allows users to travel by public transport through a mobile application and continuous monitoring of users from any place and device.
